November 2025 – February 2026 – Digital Maker Studio

Are you ready to design, build, and create in fun and exciting ways?

The Digital Makers Studio is a 10-week program just for YOU, where imagination meets innovation. Lead by the team from Dottie Rose Foundation

-Create both as digital art with pixels and as personal pieces to take home
-Animate your own stories with Animation software, Scratch and Flipbooks
-Build prototypes and solve design challenges
-Code and compete in robot adventures with Finch and Sphero

This program is all about creativity, teamwork, and trying new things while exploring the world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

About the Show: 
Born into a family of sharecroppers, Elizabeth Coleman’s life took root in the field but ascended to unbelievable heights in the sky. One of 13 siblings, Bessie weathered segregation, racism, and financial barriers before cementing her place as a pioneer in the field of aviation. Far above the clouds, where “the air is the only place free from prejudice,” she blazed a path as Queen Bess, the first African-American woman and first woman of Native-American descent to hold a pilot’s license.  One-Act, approx. 60 min.
After the show, the girls will be able to meet the director, take a backstage tour, and have lunch.
